The Complete LuSHHus Back to School List
Here are a few more things that you really should consider for a perfectly LuSHHus school year. In case you missed the first two installments of the LuSHHus Back to School guide, the complete guide is below.
If you want to be able to reach your child anywhere and everywhere and vice versa but you don’t want them to have a cell phone, the TicTalk may be for you. The phone has no buttons to dial – just a limited number of pre-programmed numbers that can be called, and parents can control which calls are allowed in and at what times. It comes loaded with five educational games by LeapFrog.
This School Memory Book will hold all the photos, report cards, notes, teacher info, and more for kindergarten through 12th grade. It’s the perfect way to keep up with school memories.
Kids can plug their iPods right into this lap desk and listen to music while they work.
The Neverlate 7-Day Alarm Clock is perfect for all the college kids you know. You can program a different waking time for every day of the week…they’ll never miss a class because they forgot to set the alarm.
The Teach Me Time clock is neat. I will be ordering this immediately. This little device teaches children to tell time, helps little ones know when it is ok to wake up (or if it still time to be in bed), acts as a nightlight, is an alarm clock, and more. Every house with children needs this!

Oh- love the TicTalk. I am not ready to give my tween full access to a cell phone, but would feel comfortable with that. I would actually just program in my numbers- I like that control!!

I think the TicTalk is a great solution for kids who are really too young for the real deal cell phone. Great idea, indeed.
