Habits to Improve Your Life and A LuSHHus Menu Planner
I read a great article here about 13 habits to improve your life. I’ll give you a quick rundown of the 13 habits, and then I want to elaborate on the last one.
- Eat breakfast every morning.
- Add fish and Omega-3 fatty acids to your diet.
- Get enough sleep.
- Make social connections.
- Exercise for better health.
- Practice good dental hygiene.
- Take up a hobby.
- Protect your skin.
- Snack the healthy way.
- Drink water and eat dairy.
- Drink tea.
- Take a daily walk.
- Plan.
I could not agree more about the positive effects planning can have on your health and overall well-being. Ohhh, planning. A word so necessary but so dreadful to me sometimes. I do it everyday for work and poop out once I get home. But a great reminder that planning does make life easier, even at home. Take care
