If you don’t know about Amazon’s Subscribe and Save program, you may want to take note of this post.   This service delivers household goods and groceries on a regular, scheduled basis and includes free shipping as well as a 15% discount off of Amazon’s everyday price.  You can customize your shipments by choosing delivery every one, two, three, or six months, and you can always make changes to your delivery schedule or even cancel if you so desire.  Oh, and you will get email reminders of upcoming shipments.  There are no fees at all.

Welcome to the first installment of LuSHHus Lifesavers.  Yes, it’s another alliteration for living a LuSHHus life!  Anyway, in this series, I will introduce you to helpful tools and techniques all with the hopes of making your life a little more LuSHHus.  Without further ado…. 

How annoying is it when you receive an email containing a ridiculously long link that spans the length of four, five, or six lines and when you then have to totally reconfigure the URL in your browser in order to actually reach the intended site?  Well, those days may be behind us now with the help of a site called Tiny URL.   All you do is enter the long URL in the input box (see example below where you can try it out) and click the "Make TinyURL" button to get your abbreviated URL. 

If you work with long URLs frequently, you might want to add the TinyURL link to your browser toolbar.  This is very easy to do here.
