Active women should consume 5 cups of fruits and vegetables each day.  I don’t know about you, but that amount can be difficult to fit into my diet despite my best efforts towards a healthy lifestyle.  Wouldn’t it be nice if every once in a while we could cheat and find those 5 cups of beneficial nourishment in a delicious and low calorie bar?  Guess what…we can!  I discovered the think5 bar from thinkproducts not too long ago and cannot sing its praises highly enough.  It tastes good, it makes a great breakfast, and it is packed full of goodness with three cups of vegetables and two cups of fruit!  I bought the chocolate red berry flavor.  Try it.  You won’t be sorry

I struggle regularly with how to infuse my casual clothes with style.  As a stay-at-home mom, I simply do not need to dress up a lot, but most of the good clothes in my closet are from my days working on Capitol Hill and are not appropriate for wagon rides, ABC singing sessions, constant meal preps,  snuggles, tickles, gym visits, grocery store runs, etc.  Well, enter promom couture which was mentioned by Cindy Crawford on Oprah yesterday.  What a great addition to a mom’s wardrobe.  I especially like the “vote for Mom” t-shirt and think I’ll order it today.
